Algeciras CF conquered the Municipal de La Línea thanks to goals from Siddiki and Elejalde, in a match in which the visitors were superior to the home team. With this victory, the team is in thirteenth place with 39 points with five rounds remaining.
The Red and Whites came out well on the pitch, controlling possession and looking for the opponent’s goal, and it was Siddiki, with a header, who was the first to have the opportunity to score. The first half came to an end with the score at 0-0.
The second half would follow the same pattern, and Siddiki himself, after a long play, would face his opponent and cross the ball past the goalkeeper to make it 0-1 in the 67th minute. The team continued without suffering at the back, and in another great play of ours, Tomás gave the pass of death for Iñaki Elejalde to put the definitive 0-2 on the scoreboard in 87′, with which we would reach the end of the match.
